When they do, they produce type 1 collagen to create a more supple and youthful appearance. Plasma Pen uses a gas made up of positively charged ions from the air. Electric energy converts gas from the air into diatomic molecule of mostly oxygen and nitrogen. Plasma is created through a cloud of gas that is magnetized into a beam transmitted from the device. It is then transmitted to the skin’s surface in a non-contact way. The device will not fire if it’s too far away or if it touches the skin, therefore making it safe.
